1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms" or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Member") and toto262 (hereinafter referred to as "toto262", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://toto262.cam.

2 Definitions

• "Account" means the individual registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" / "Member" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, instant games, and other gambling or entertainment products offered through the Platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" means the monetary value held in a Player's toto262 wallet, comprising real money deposits and any credited bonus amounts (tracked separately).
• "Bonus Funds" means credits granted pursuant to a promotional offer, which are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is established.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Player using approved payment methods, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered before it or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by toto262 in accordance with responsible gambling and anti-money-laundering obligations.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency in which most financial transactions on the Platform are denominated for Malaysian users.

3 Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and participation on toto262 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. toto262 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a Player is found to be under the age of 21, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits may be returned subject to applicable deductions.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is not directed at, and Services are not available to, residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. This restriction applies per person, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Funds therein.

3.4 Capacity and Authority

By registering, you represent that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction, that you are not acting on behalf of any third party, and that you are using the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only.

4 Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. toto262 reserves the right to verify all information provided and to require supporting documentation at any stage.

4.2 KYC Documentation

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, toto262 will conduct a KYC verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months);
• Proof of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement);
• A selfie holding the submitted identity document, where requested.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. toto262 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You must notify toto262 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access or suspected breach of your Account security.

5 Terms of Use

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform and all Services are provided for personal, recreational use only. You may access and use the Platform solely in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Platform in good faith and in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a licensed online gaming and sports betting service.

5.2 Prohibited Use

You must not use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations;
• Infringes the intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights of toto262 or any third party;

• Constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;

5.3 Fair Play

All games and sports betting markets on the Platform are operated fairly. Any attempt to exploit technical errors, software bugs, game malfunctions, or pricing errors for financial gain is expressly prohibited. toto262 reserves the right to void any bets or game results arising from such exploitation and to recover any related winnings.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

toto262 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels available to Malaysian users: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, LTC). Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30. There is no maximum deposit limit for most methods, subject to payment processor limits and any internal review thresholds. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party funding is not permitted. toto262 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts previously used to deposit and verified under the same name as the registered Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50. toto262 aims to process withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe for fully verified accounts; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional KYC requirements or security reviews.

6.4 Currency

The primary account currency for Malaysian users is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing. Conversion rates are not guaranteed and may fluctuate.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. Sports betting markets are governed by the rules set out on the applicable sportsbook pages, including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, and UFC event markets.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

toto262 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances involving suspected arbitrage betting, misuse of pricing errors, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Bets are accepted at the odds available at the time of confirmation and not at subsequently adjusted odds.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome or display of any game, toto262 reserves the right to void affected bets or game rounds and refund the staked amount where appropriate. Winnings arising from a demonstrable malfunction will not be honoured.

7.4 Responsible Gaming Limits

Players may set betting limits, deposit limits, or loss limits through their Account settings. toto262 encourages all Players to use these tools to manage their gambling activity responsibly.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by toto262 are subject to these general bonus terms and any specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. For example, a bonus subject to a ×15 rollover requires the Player to wager a total of fifteen times the bonus amount before withdrawal is permitted.

8.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus

While Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum stake per bet or per game round is capped at MYR 250 unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while Bonus Funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

8.4 Game Contribution Rates

Different game categories contribute at different rates towards the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise: slots contribute 100%; live dealer table games contribute 10–20%; sports betting markets contribute 100% on single and accumulator bets at odds of 1.50 or greater. Some games may be entirely excluded from bonus wagering.

8.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of crediting, as specified in the relevant promotion. Upon expiry of the bonus period, any remaining Bonus Funds and uncompleted wagering requirements will be voided without notice. Standard expiry periods are 7, 14, or 30 days.

8.6 Bonus Abuse

toto262 actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, toto262 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the Account.

8.7 VIP and Loyalty Programme

Participation in the toto262 VIP Loyalty Programme (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond tiers) is subject to these Terms and any supplementary programme rules published on the Platform. Loyalty Points are non-transferable, have no cash value outside of Programme redemptions, and may not be carried over between Programme periods where applicable.

9 Responsible Gambling

toto262 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing a safe environment for all Players. We enforce a strict 21+ age policy and provide the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after specified periods of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a minimum period of six months close your Account on a voluntary basis. Contact our support team to initiate self-exclusion.

10 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Money laundering or any attempt to use the Platform to conceal the proceeds of crime;
• Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or any other financial fraud;
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or betting markets;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Registering on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to operate your Account;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with Platform software;
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a proxy betting service or syndicate;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of toto262 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written consent of toto262. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, toto262, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity;
• Platform downtime or technical interruptions;
• Unauthorised access to your Account;
• Any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals;
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results, odds, or displayed information resulting from technical faults.

Where toto262's liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant cause of action arose.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by toto262

toto262 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where required to do so for regulatory or compliance reasons.

13.2 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any verified Real Money Funds remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has not been logged into for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months without any wagering, deposit, or withdrawal activity may be classified as dormant. toto262 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts or to close them in accordance with applicable licensing requirements, with notification provided by email to the registered address.

14 Privacy & Data Protection

toto262 processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and maintaining it securely in accordance with internationally recognised data protection standards.

15 Amendments to These Terms

toto262 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notification. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which toto262 holds its primary gaming licence. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall first be referred to toto262's customer support team for good-faith resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the relevant licensing body's player dispute resolution process, where applicable.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
